Another large project in Edgewater could soon begin construction.Metro Edgewater is planned as a 32-story tower on 31st Street next to the Paraiso Bay complex. The tower is proposed to include 279 units that the developer says will be a magnet for millennials and young professionals.

NATIIVO's Mat Foundation poured last Friday, Aug. 13th. Total of 4,400 Cubic yards, 1,400 Tons of Reinforcing installed over 12 continuous days.

October 16, 2020 - Downtown 5th's East 52 Story Tower Roof Level was Poured. An Amazing Accomplishment given that the East Tower Mat Foundation was poured on Feb. 3rd. 37 Weeks Later during a Pandemic - Roof was Topped Off. Congratulations are in order to Everyone involved on this Historic Achievement.
