The apartment rental building will offer 283 apartment units, 35,855 SF of restaurant space, 13,485 SF of retail space and 517 parking spots. The Boulevard was designed by Corwil architects with Civic Construction as the general contractor. The Boulevard is located at 5700 Biscayne Blvd., just north of Miami Design District in MiMo, adjacent to the local hotspot pizza place Andiamo. The project will include:
