The 25-acre site, located adjacent to their A. Hugh Adams Central Campus in Davie, Florida, will be transformed into a 383-unit garden-style multifamily community with surface parking. The development will also feature 6,000 square feet of retail space and 30,000 square feet of open green space. While situated adjacent to the College, the community will be market-rate and not necessarily catered to students.
