Cannery Row at Redlands Crossing is Pinnacle’s latest development for seniors in southern Miami-Dade County, developed in partnership with the non-profit Rural Neighborhoods, Inc. Located adjacent to the Miami-Dade Busway, Cannery Row at Redlands Crossing will provide a wealth of onsite amenities while providing easy access to public transportation - connecting residents to everything Miami has to offer. Construction of the seven-story development is already underway and includes spacious one and two bedroom units. Completion of all 112 units is expected by the fourth quarter of 2021.
