This project is a multi-phased, multi-year project that we will be building. The first phase consists of the construction of 460 garden-style apartments across 12 three-story residential buildings. Amenities at the gated community will include a two-story clubhouse with a resort-style pool and spa. Inspired by the area’s natural surroundings, the community will feature lush landscaping, open lawns, lakes and preserves. Residents will also have access to a dedicated walking/running trail throughout the community.
Natura Gardens is situated along NW 170th Street between I-75 and Florida’s Turnpike, immediately south of the planned American Dream retail and entertainment complex.
