The first phase of two-building affordable/workforce apartment community will deliver 120 apartments catered to seniors in Leisure City of southern Miami-Dade County SW 280th St & SW 147th Avenue. Naranja Grand will be an 8-story residential building featuring 91 one-bedroom and 29 two-bedroom units. Spanning more than 117,000 square feet, residents will enjoy a range of amenities. In Phase II, there will be 200 units specifically designed for families.
