South Pointe Mixed Use

Three four-story buildings will rise along the southern bank of Graham Dairy Lake in Miami Lakes. The complex will have ground-floor retailers at 8205 Commerce Way in Miami Lakes and 179 apartments on three floors above. Architects Wolfberg, Alvarez & Partners in Coral Gables have designed the buildings to have light-colored, textured stucco facades and roofs with barrel tiles.
