New 32-story mixed-use tower rental community in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. The property incorporates several lots collectively addressed as 452 Northeast 31st Street, and is planned to give rise to a 373-foot-tall structure yielding 520,638 SF. Metro Edgewater is being built next to the Paraiso Bay complex, and the developers say it will serve as a gateway to the neighborhood, with a pedestrian experience that encourages Paraiso residents to walk to Biscayne Boulevard. Metro Edgewater will include: 279 apartments, 4,230 SF of retail, approx. 300 parking spaces.
