Atlantic Village IV

The project would have a 12 story office building, with 105,152 SF of office space, 7,745 SF of retail and restaurants, and parking on levels two through seven. Fort Lauderdale based Synalovski Romanik Saye designed the building. It would be on the 0.53 acre site at 800 and 814 N. Federal Highway, on the opposite side of the street from the first three phases.
