St. Thomas University Housing Ph. III

The new St. Thomas University Dormitory and Bowling Alley project will feature a 5-story building with 545 beds. The 121,000-square-foot building will include a lobby, a community hub, and a resident lounge. Shared amenities will feature an 8-lane bowling alley, a restaurant café, co-working and private study rooms, and back-of-the-house and utility rooms. Levels 2 to 5 will consist of residential double- and single-bedroom configurations.
